CAN I SEND ITEMS TO MY PROJECT'S ADDRESS?

In your account, you can add addresses to send your order to. Please make one order per address and we will delivered based on this address upon checkout.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?

Yes, you can contact us within 48 hours of placing your order to discuss any amendments.

Please email us at cenk@bernhardtfurniture.co.uk with your order number and your request.

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and sometimes we cannot make updates after an order has been placed. If a mistake has been made with your order information, sometimes it’s quickest to cancel and create a new order with the correct information.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to customers. Please Contact us if you wish to make a return.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
